Summer weather is in full swing at this time - please remember your hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher/broad spectrum), apply 15 minutes before heading out and every 2-3 hours and after swimming/working out; have a fun summer!

May is Skin Cancer Awareness month and I want to remind everyone of the importance of sun protection (hat, sunglasses, clothes), sunscreen (broad spectrum SPF 30+) and regular skin self exams. Questionable growths or spots deserve a visit!
